GENERAL QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

01
Where is pickup and dropoff?
Pick up and drop off will be in the same location. Parents may walk child up to the registration table and pick campers up in the same location to leave. Registration table can be found next to the gate to enter the large turf soccer field.
02
How do I check in my camper?
On the first day each camper should check in between 8:40am - 8:50am at the registration table as you walk on to the field. Feel free to walk up with your child. Every day campers will receive a name tag to help the other campers and staff get to know their name.
03
What if the camper is not on the registration list?
If a camper is not on our registration list, we will need parent/guardian to fill our registration form. Day of sign-ups are still accepted but preferred t-shirt size is not guaranteed.
04
Pickup Details
Pick up will be at 12:00 noon at the same spot as check in. Remind your child who is picking them up and in what vehicle. We suggest that parents of younger campers walk up to the field to pick up campers. This is for safety reasons around a parking lot.
05
What happens if there is poor weather?
The staff will escort the campers inside for games and team building activities. If it is only raining, we will remain outside so please have your camper(s) dress appropriately based on the forecast.
06
What should campers bring?
Scroll below for specific list. Water will also be provided if campers run out. Make sure water bottles are labeled with camper’s name. There will be a 20 minute break in the middle of camp, campers should bring a light snack (apple, granola bar, etc.)
07
What if camper is not attending for the day?
